• You get to know our applicants personally and conduct interviews.
• You maintain personal and long-term relationships with our temporary employees and corporate clients.
• You actively acquire new applicants and corporate clients – personally, by telephone, via WhatsApp or with your own video messages. In doing so, you will also stand in front of the camera yourself.
• You are also active on social media, film your own videos and take photos with our applicants and temporary employees.
• You bring suitable applicants and companies together and coordinate their assignments.
• Administration surrounding applicants, customers and assignments is also part of your everyday life.

You have completed your vocational training (EFZ) in a customer- or service-oriented environment – ideally in hospitality, retail, sales or in a commercial function in the private sector.
