Production Worker 3-Shift # Employment: 100% Location: Wohlen AG Industry: Industry various Publication date: 12.08.2026 Your tasks • Operating and monitoring modern, automated production facilities • Participation in ongoing production and support in various production processes • Carrying out simple assembly, packaging, and finishing work • Performing quality controls and sorting out defective products • Providing and controlling materials for production • Proper storage and management of goods and materials • Preparation and provision of goods for shipment • Support in the optimization of workflows • Taking over general operational tasks Your profile • Experience in production, logistics, or a similar working environment is an advantage • Good physical resilience and enjoyment of practical work • Willingness to work in 3-shift operation • Good German language skills in speaking and writing • Reliable, careful, and independent way of working • Good quality awareness and precise way of working • Ability to work in a team, flexibility, and a high level of commitment • Motivated career changers are also welcome What is offered to you • Permanent employment with the possibility of a permanent position • Varied activity with production, quality, and logistics tasks • Collegial, dynamic, and professional working environment • Solid induction and modern working environment • Long-term perspective with good performance as well as attractive employment conditions Do you feel addressed?
