Specialist in charge of interRAI LTCF (Mon-Fri in early shift) Gesundheitsnetz Küsnacht AG (GNK), with the Tägerhalde and Wangensbach age and health centers with around 130 residents as well as day care, Spitex, assisted living, and counseling with a total of around 250 employees, is a non-profit stock corporation wholly owned by the municipality of Küsnacht. To strengthen our nursing teams, we are looking for a specialist in charge of RAI who will support our team with expertise, commitment, and joy in collaboration. Your new tasks * Assumption of professional responsibility for interRAI LTCF and strengthening nursing quality in everyday life * Independent implementation, coordination, and professional control of interRAI LTCF assessments * Coaching and professional guidance of the interRAI LTCF supervisors / interRAI LTCF coordinators * Implementation and guidance of nursing processes as well as promotion of professional development * Varied activity with 50% direct care and 50% administrative tasks * Close cooperation with the nursing expert What you bring * Completed training as a dipl.
