HR Specialist Primary Education (a) # 70% - 80% | Luzern | immediately or by agreement ## In this role, you are the central hub for all personnel-related topics in the primary and music school environment. Through your competent advice, school principals, authorities, and teachers are always well accompanied. You can expect an environment where your expertise is valued and your initiative is encouraged. Your tasks • You advise school authorities and school management on all personnel-related topics - from employment and salary issues to further training processes, medical clarifications, and long-term work absences. • In your function, you examine deployment questions of teachers, such as the recognition of qualifications and teaching authorizations, and ensure the correct application of cantonal regulations. • Furthermore, you develop information materials for school authorities, school management, and teachers, and contribute to the design of regulations on professional assignments and working hours. • Additionally, you organize and accompany personnel events, such as the introduction for new school principals or the retirement celebration for teachers. • You manage the personnel assistance fund for primary and music school teachers and carefully process incoming applications. Your profile • You have completed training in the personnel sector (e.g., federal certificate) and have a commercial or pedagogical basic education. • You have knowledge or a great interest in the education sector and in the professional duties of teachers. • You analyze complex issues securely and develop structured and practical solutions from them. • You communicate clearly and appropriately in writing and orally, and you feel secure in contact with different stakeholder groups. • You work independently as well as in a team, taking responsibility and actively contributing to joint solutions.
