Le Gässliacker is a medium-sized center for the elderly and health, with approximately 130 employees. We care for and accompany 81 residents in the retirement home and up to 15 day visitors as part of day care. In addition, we offer 60 apartments for seniors with services. The modern infrastructure, our various gardens and the beautiful location complement our services. The creativity and ideas of our employees are of great importance to us. To strengthen our care team, we are looking for a service manager (m/f/d) at 90-100% starting from 1 October 2026 or by agreement.

Your tasks:

• Lead and organize a service with 19 residents, 10 employees and 5 apprentices (FaGe and AGS)
• Develop the team and field of expertise as well as participate in the innovative management team
• Active participation in direct care, with 1 to 2 days of office work per week
• Direct contact with residents and participation in care and support
• Good contact with relatives and doctors
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with animation, physiotherapy, etc.
• RAI-NH coordinator or supervisor, administrative tasks, implementation of care directives, etc.

What you bring:

• Completed training as a registered nurse HF or equivalent training/recognition
• Several years of management experience in long-term care
• Respectful attitude towards elderly people and their relatives
• Motivating and resource-oriented leadership style
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• High social competence, flexibility and sense of responsibility
• Very good IT skills (MS Office), LOBOS and PEP an asset
• Very good knowledge of German, spoken and written
