developing the hygiene concept organization-wide and anchoring it in practice.
leading the hygiene team and being the contact person for technical questions.
transmitting knowledge in a practical manner through training and workshops.
planning as well as conducting hygiene audits.
analyzing relevant data and deriving sound bases for decision-making from it.
providing competent advice and orientation in the event of infectious events and outbreaks.
You are a good fit for us if you ...
have a degree as a dipl. Pflegefachfrau / dipl. Pflegefachmann (HF, DN II, AKP) or a Bachelor Pflege FH.
ideally bring further training as a «Link Nurse» and/or in the field of infection prevention. Not yet completed? No problem – if you bring interest and motivation, we are happy to support you in your further training.

The Alterszentrum Am Bachgraben is more than a place to live, it is a home for over 210 residents. With over 320 committed employees, we offer not only a wide spectrum of care and support, but also specialized support for people with dementia and in Palliative Care. Additionally, we also stand by our residents in case of acute medical needs and offer holistic and caring care in old age. Our offer is supplemented by 85 age-appropriate apartments and numerous services.
