Deputy Sales Manager Delicatessa 100% (w/m/d) # HERE YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE ## • You ensure, together with the sales management, that our guests not only shop - but also take away a culinary experience. • You take over the personal and organizational leadership of the department in the absence of the manager and promote an atmosphere where quality, style, and team spirit come together. • You support the team in the daily business, give impulses for excellent service, and bring your strengths into action in areas such as fresh food management and visual merchandising. • Performance tracking and KPI analysis: You keep an eye on the team's performance to make strategic decisions that make us successful together. • You think along, steer processes efficiently, pay attention to hygiene standards, and support events, reporting, and administrative processes • You accompany new employees and trainees - and are a modern contact person. WHAT SETS YOU APART ## • You have completed training in retail sales EFZ - supplemented by further education. • You have several years of professional experience and initial leadership experience in the upscale food trade - ideally as a deputy sales manager or team leader. • You are a host with personality - structured, empathetic, and solution-oriented. • You love high-quality products, understand operational processes - and enjoy bringing people together and promoting them. • You communicate safely in German, ideally have additional language skills, and use digital tools with ease. • Shifts from Monday to Saturday are a matter of course for you.
