Cook # Description of the company ## As part of regular temporary missions that will be offered to you with our clients, high-end hotel establishments and high-end restaurants located in the Lausanne region and on the Arc Lémanique, we are actively seeking several Cooks / Station Chefs (M/F) ## As part of regular temporary missions with hotels and restaurants Job description ## Depending on the temporary missions that will be offered to you with our different clients, you will integrate the kitchen team and, under the orders of the head chefs, will participate in the setup and preparation of dishes served in the restaurant "à la carte" or for the catering and event part, in production cuisine. You will use and transform essentially fresh and quality products that you will sublimate according to the establishment's standards and recipes. Depending on the proposed missions, you may be required to perform "live cooking" services in front of guests. Sought profile ## With a recognized training as a cook, you have at least three years of experience with high-end hotel establishments or in gastronomic/bistronomic-type restaurants. You care about creating quality dishes. Your attention to detail and your taste for innovation make you a collaborator who can really bring a plus to our different clients.
