Dipl. Nursing Specialist - Dementia Center in Baden

As a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH, you will accompany people with dementia in the dementia, day and night center of an established care institution in the Baden area with professional competence, patience and genuine humanity in everyday life. In this responsible position, you will actively contribute to creating safety, orientation and quality of life for the residents and work in an environment that combines respectful cooperation and personal development. The position is available immediately or by agreement in a capacity of 80 to 100%. What to expect from this responsible task • Professional and evidence-based care and support for residents within the framework of reference care • Taking over day-to-day responsibility within the care routine • Careful and structured care documentation • Care and support for people with dementia in the day and night center • Collaboration in an interprofessional team with appreciative cooperation • Active participation in shaping a high-quality care routine What you bring • Completed training as a Dipl.
