Main mission(s)

Carry out administrative tasks related to the unit

Welcome, inform and guide the unit's interlocutors

Manage requests for reservation and provision of flags

Organize events and ensure their smooth running

Profile

CFC d'employé-e de commerce or training deemed equivalent

Professional experience in a similar position, an asset

Team spirit, versatility, autonomy and rigor

Interpersonal skills, sense of public service and writing skills

Very good command of MS Office IT tools
