Job description
Sit 100 years for the child here In our Kita everything revolves around the little ones. We lovingly accompany them in discovering the world and developing their own personality. In this way, we design everyday life as a varied combination of free play and guided activities and promote mental, emotional, and physical development. Together we get to know rules and rituals, playfully take care of everyday tasks, and awaken the spirit of adventure during excursions into nature For the Kita Murifeld at Mindstrasse, we are looking for a Childcare Specialist EFZ (80-100%) starting from 1. December 2026 or by arrangement Your tasks

Organizing and leading a children's group from the age of 3 months until kindergarten entry
Ensuring good hygiene and designing stimulating play areas (indoors and outdoors)
Constructive cooperation in the team (team leader, co-educator, apprentices)
Enjoyment of (constructive) successful cooperation with parents
Your profile

You are FaBe EFZ
You have the vocational trainer diploma or are willing to acquire it
You enjoy nature
You are willing to take on early and late shifts
You are responsible, independent, and team-oriented
