Job Description ## In this role, you will take over the management and further development of the company's cybersecurity compliance and governance structures with a focus on certifications, regulatory requirements, and ISMS processes. • You ensure the management and coordination of internal and external audits (including ISO/IEC-27001, NIS2, customer audits), including audit strategy, preparation, execution, follow-up, and sustainable effectiveness control • The coordination, evaluation, and release of audit evidence, compliance documentation, and reports across multiple organizational units is part of your area of responsibility • You can implement the technical evaluation, interpretation, and company-wide implementation of legal, regulatory, and customer-specific cybersecurity requirements (e.g., ISO-27001:2022, NIS2, GDPR, DORA, Cyber Resilience Act) • You will participate significantly in the participation and further development of cybersecurity governance, the ISMS structure, as well as the associated guidelines, standards, procedures, and control mechanisms • You can manage and advise relevant technical, IT, and product areas in the implementation of compliance and governance requirements, including escalation in case of deviations • Additionally, you are responsible for close, coordinating cooperation with central stakeholders such as Data Privacy, Product Security, IT/OT managers, Legal, HR, and Sales, as well as for regular reporting to management and governance bodies and to the Lead in the CISO Office Qualifications ## • You have a completed degree in the field of computer science, IT security, business informatics, business law, risk management, or a comparable qualification • Alternatively, you possess a completed technical or commercial training with extensive relevant professional experience in the field of cybersecurity, IT compliance, or IT audit • Additionally, you bring several years of experience in the cybersecurity, GRC, or compliance environment with demonstrable responsibility for complex, cross-departmental tasks • Very good knowledge of relevant norms, standards, and regulations such as ISO/IEC-27001, NIS2, GDPR, as well as adjacent governance frameworks are second nature to you • You are characterized by strong analytical skills, a high sense of responsibility, and the ability to implement complex regulatory requirements in a structured, solution-oriented, and target-group-oriented manner Additional Information ## Start: immediately or by arrangement Percentage: 100% Permanent employment Work location: Beringen We do not work with recruitment agencies for this position!
