Job description

For our mixed-age group, we are looking for you as a committed group leader who accompanies the development of the children with passion and heart. What are your tasks?

Leadership of the group
Pedagogical promotion of the children, whom you lovingly accompany on their developmental path
Creative design of a varied and interest-oriented daily routine
Documentation of child development with portfolio work
Partnership-based cooperation with the families
Organization of exciting excursions and active parent activities
Committed participation in team meetings and the co-shaping of a motivated team
Building of stable, trusting relationships that give the children security and orientation
What you should bring with you:

Completed training as FABE, educator or comparable socio-pedagogical qualification
A high degree of team spirit, creativity and flexibility
A responsible, structured way of working and initiative
An appreciative, empathetic attitude towards children, parents and colleagues
Passion for working with children and joy in their development
