In order to strengthen the team at our headquarters in Montreux, we are looking for:
360° MANAGEMENT
Your main tasks:
You assist the/a manager in the daily management of their portfolio:
Management of technical and rental secretariat
Management of apartment relettings, drafting and publication of advertisements
Reception and telephone greeting of clientele
Contact with owners, concierges, tenants
Administrative follow-up
Follow-up of tenant move-out statements
Preparation of lease agreements, amendments, rent increases and decreases
Calendar management and scheduling of appointments
Administrative processing of invoices and re-invoicing
Your profile:
CFC as a commercial employee or equivalent qualification
4 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
Good knowledge of tenancy law and building technology
Excellent writing and spelling skills in the French language
Able to work autonomously (under the supervision of a property manager)
Knowledge of Quorum, an asset
Team spirit, sense of responsibility, sense of customer service
