For a modern clinic in Bäretswil, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Ward Manager who is committed to the development and promotion of the nursing staff.

Your tasks:

• Leadership, support, and further development of the nursing team
• Promotion of the individual development of employees through targeted training opportunities
• Development and implementation of new nursing concepts in cooperation with the clinic management
• Responsibility for efficient deployment and resource planning on the ward
• Ensuring professional care and support of the patients

Your profile:

• Diploma as a nursing specialist HF/FH with experience in personnel management
• Experience in the instruction and promotion of junior staff and specialists
• Enjoyment of the conceptual further development of the nursing sector
• High social competence, teamwork skills, and solution-oriented thinking
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
