In order to complete its teams in Vuisternens, Siviriez and Billens, Le Réseau Santé de la Glâne is advertising positions for ### Nurses at 60%-100% Main responsibilities Guarantee quality support for residents based on safety, benevolence and respect. Ensure and develop the quality of care and services. Maintain relationships of trust with residents and their loved ones. Respect the choices and expectations of the residents. Ensure close collaboration with other units. Guarantee activity on different sites if necessary. Profile Bachelor of Science HES-SO in nursing or a diploma recognized by the Red Cross experience in geriatric care. Ability to work with people suffering from disorders communication, listening and empathy skills. Excellent ability to work in a multidisciplinary team. Analysis and synthesis skills. Management of priorities. Knowledge of IT tools Carefolio, RAI, MS Office. RAI supervisor training = an asset. Good oral and written knowledge of French.
