To strengthen our team in Vocational Integration, we are looking for a Vocational Trainer: Automation with a Lead Link role for the Technical Circle (Design, Electronics, Automation, as well as Mechanics) starting immediately or by arrangement.

What you bring with you

• Completed training as an Automatiker EFZ with solid mechanical knowledge and enjoyment in training and supporting both Automatiker EFZ and Polymechaniker EFZ in basic mechanical training
• Leadership personality with entrepreneurial thinking and an eye for the essentials
• Appreciative treatment of people and enjoyment in supporting persons with increased support needs
• Pedagogical flair, strong social competence, and enthusiasm for promoting learners

What you can achieve

• You lead the Technical Circle professionally, personally, and economically, including budget responsibility
• You lead and develop a team of motivated vocational trainers and actively help shape a modern, future-oriented vocational training system
• You are responsible for the training and support of around 25 learners at the PrA, EBA, and EFZ levels and work closely with schools, IV, relatives, and other partners
• You promote and empower learners with support needs and successfully accompany them until the completion of their training
• You plan and coordinate training and production orders, ensure training quality, and ensure professional documentation as well as compliance with quality and safety standards
