Workflow Specialist (f/m/d) - Control Center Your tasks You actively monitor and control the entire flow of goods of the products - from goods receipt through the highly automated warehouse zones to the packaging stations With your coordination, you ensure that over 1'000 employees are efficiently supplied with goods at their workstations You maintain an overview of incoming orders and support the Warehouse Shift Managers in the planning and allocation of operational resources Clear and situation-appropriate communication with internal as well as external stakeholders is part of your daily work routine You continuously analyze the flow of goods, recognize deviations early on and initiate suitable measures You actively contribute to the optimization of processes and drive improvements forward together with your team Your skills An automated warehouse is not new territory for you and you bring 2-3 years of experience in a logistical environment With your basic technical understanding of conveyor systems as well as your experience with warehouse management systems such as Probas, Controlltower or PlantUI, you will find your way around quickly You master the German language confidently in spoken and written form (at least B2) and enjoy communicating with internal and external stakeholders You are mobile for the two-shift operation (Mo–Sa, 04:30–23:30) and work on-site in our logistics center in Wohlen A structured way of working distinguishes you: Even with a high workload, you prioritize the right tasks and maintain an overview in a dynamic environment In a complex system landscape, you find your way around confidently, quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and think in a networked, analytical and process-oriented manner.
