The St. Josef-Stiftung is a significant enterprise with a social mandate in the Canton of Aargau. Core mandates include living and working opportunities for people with impairments, the special education school, and a diverse therapeutic range of services.

The Economy department ensures the maintenance and flawless functioning of our infrastructure and environment. It comprises the specialist areas of Technical Service, Grounds and Zoo, Housekeeping, as well as Transport, and contributes significantly to a clean, safe, and well-maintained living and working environment. What you can look forward to

• Management of the internal transport team (currently 4 employees)
• Organization and planning of student and disability transports in cooperation with internal departments and external taxi companies
• Internal contact person for all student and client transports
• Contact with relatives, residential groups, school, driving services
• Conducting employee qualification interviews in the transport area
• Coordination of the foundation vehicles in cooperation with internal and external departments
• Processing of complaints in cooperation with the involved persons
• Management and processing of projects and concepts
• Technical support for the area manager and the department managers
• Assistance with budget planning
• Control and accounting of invoices
• Maintenance of required statistics and collection of key figures

What convinces others

• A commercial apprenticeship or business school or similar
• Several years of experience in a similar position
• Personal responsibility as well as a reliable way of working
• Very good IT skills (MS-Office)
• Good manners
