Place of work: Thun, Köniz or Biel (by agreement)

In this key position, you will make a decisive contribution to the success of our large-scale projects by creating market-oriented, economical and technically sound calculations.
Together with sales, you create the basis for successful project awards.

Your tasks

• Creation of calculations and offers based on plans, bills of quantities and tenders
• Ensuring market-oriented, competitive and profitable initial offers
• Checking the technical feasibility and plausibility of projects
• Development and elaboration of contractor variants and optimization suggestions
• Support of sales in the offer phase as well as in award negotiations
• Close cooperation with sales, architects, general contractors and clients to clarify technical and commercial specifications
• Participation in the further development of calculation standards, tools and processes

Your profile

• Commercial basic training or comparable training with a strong affinity for numbers
• Several years of professional experience in a construction-related environment
• Experience in the calculation of large-scale projects is an advantage
• Good knowledge in dealing with tenders, bills of quantities and plan documents
• Confident handling of ERP, CRM and MS Office applications
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a strong awareness of costs and quality
• Analytical, structured and networked way of thinking
• High level of personal responsibility, independence and initiative
• Resilient personality with a strong orientation towards deadlines and results
