D2 Private Ward with treatment focus on psychotherapy

The therapy offering on this private ward is aimed at patients with depression, burnout and crisis situations, anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorders, sleep disorders, as well as psychosomatic complaints. In addition to a high quality of therapeutic treatment, with a focus on psychotherapeutic offerings, patients are offered a courteous and well-maintained atmosphere. The therapy spectrum also includes, in addition to ergo- and physiotherapy, complementary medicine offerings as well as psychosocial tasks. Our patients are cared for in close cooperation with the case therapist within the key person system. The atmosphere on the ward is characterized by a respectful fundamental attitude and the careful cultivation of interpersonal relationships.

Your tasks

• Co-responsibility for nursing development and monitoring nursing quality
• Supporting the ward management in leadership tasks
• Representing the ward management in their absence
• Participation in specialist working groups and projects
• individual nursing and care of patients and contact with relatives within the framework of key person work and in consultation with the core team
• conducting individual talks, group offerings and reports
• the coordination and planning of treatment in the interdisciplinary and interprofessional team
• supporting patients in crisis situations

Your profile

For this exciting activity, you bring a degree in nursing at HF / FH level and professional experience in the field of psychiatric nursing. Are you interested in further training in leadership tasks and developing the ward further together with the management?
