We are supporting a human-sized real estate structure, backed by a recognized financial group, as part of the creation of a strategic position within its finance team.

You will intervene on varied missions combining real estate accounting, fund monitoring, and financial reporting:

• Management of real estate accounting for a portfolio of assets in Suisse romande
• Participation in the accounting and monitoring of a real estate fund
• Control and coordination with partner property management companies
• Participation in quarterly closings and financial reporting
• Contribution to asset valuation
• Monitoring of cash flows, payments, and service charge settlements
• Participation in audits and continuous process improvement

The sought-after profile:

• Successful first experience in real estate accounting, ideally in property management or an environment related to real estate funds
• Desire to evolve towards an "investment / real estate fund" approach rather than classic property management
• Curious, proactive, and involved personality
• Ability to evolve in a demanding but benevolent environment
• Good interpersonal skills and taste for teamwork
• Fluent French, a good level of English is necessary
