What awaits you? ##

During your three years of apprenticeship, you will discover different areas of banking and progressively develop your skills alongside experienced and dedicated trainers through the transmission of their knowledge. You will be fully integrated into our teams and will actively participate in the daily life of Banque Raiffeisen Moléson.

If you wish, you will also have the opportunity to follow your training with an integrated professional maturity. The professional courses are taught at EPAC in Bulle or at EPC in Fribourg, where you can also obtain your CFC and/or your maturity in a bilingual stream.

The banking training is complemented by the practical modules of the CYP, which will allow you to acquire knowledge specific to the profession of a banker and to put them directly into practice.

Present at 8 sites, Banque Raiffeisen Moléson ensures that, as far as possible, your internships are organized near your home to facilitate your travel.

What do you bring? ##

You are about to complete or have already successfully completed your compulsory schooling and you distinguish yourself by your seriousness, your positive attitude towards work, and your exemplary behavior.
Curious and motivated, you have a particular interest in the banking world and enjoy contact with customers. You want to learn, develop new skills, and invest yourself in a demanding and enriching training.

We are looking for a person:

• motivated to acquire professional and social knowledge ;
• comfortable in contact and endowed with a good sense of service ;
• capable of demonstrating autonomy while enjoying teamwork ;
• reliable, committed, and eager to progress ;
• residing within our area of activity (an asset).
