Head of Building Technology

Our client, a healthcare institution in the greater Solothurn area, is looking for an experienced executive to lead the building technology department. The position includes leading a technical team, ensuring the operational readiness of all building technology infrastructures, as well as coordinating maintenance, fault rectifications, and optimizations. Your tasks

• Leadership and organization of the entire building technology team
• Ensuring the operational readiness of all technical infrastructures
• Planning of maintenance, repairs, and technical optimizations
• Cooperation with various departments and project involvement

Your profile

• Completed technical training EFZ with higher vocational education desired
• Several years of professional experience in building technology or facility management
• Positive, appreciative leadership style with strong communication skills
• Fluent German and French skills, both spoken and written
