Yooji's Manufaktur, which belongs to Two Spice AG, offers a versatile and exquisite selection of sushi, sashimi, and much more. The production site of the Two Spice Manufaktur is located in Rümlang and employs over 90 employees. Various delicacies are pre-prepared daily and delivered several times a day to the Yooji's restaurants and stores. Specially developed products for our Japanese retail brand ZENBU are also produced in the manufaktur. ZENBU products such as sushi, poké, onigiri, and vegan delicacies are produced for Coop and are available directly at Coop throughout Switzerland. Do you want to become part of our team? Then now is your chance! ### Tasks • Flawless production, packaging, and picking of products according to the communicated daily requirement while complying with current standards and processes • Error-free work preparation • Correct picking of various orders • Various tidying and cleaning tasks and compliance with cleaning standards according to applicable cleaning and hygiene standards • Care and maintenance of the infrastructure Requirements • Professional experience in food production, production, packaging, or picking is an advantage • Experience in handling food as well as knowledge of hygiene regulations (HACCP) is an advantage • Good German skills in speaking and writing • Readiness for permanent night shifts as well as weekend and holiday shifts • Physical resilience and readiness to work predominantly standing and to regularly lift loads • German language skills at A2 level, English language skills are an advantage What we offer Your contact person Patchaya Greutmann, Human Resources
