BUSINESS ANALYST Business Analyst IT 80-100% (H/F) - Genève On behalf of our client, a leading Geneva public institution, an essential player in mobility in the canton, we are looking for a Business Analyst to strengthen its Information Systems Department. Your responsibilities As a Business Analyst within the DSI, you will intervene across the entire project cycle: • Collect, synthesize, and formalize needs with departments and business referents • Model processes (BPMN, UML) and participate in project scoping • Write specifications and tender documents • Define acceptance criteria, the test strategy, and monitor the quality of deliverables • Train users and organize change management support • Manage application maintenance (corrective, adaptive, evolutive) and manage the product backlog • Coordinate developments with users and suppliers Your profile • Higher education degree in computer science (Master, HES, EPF) • Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Analysis • Mastery of analysis and modeling tools (BPMN, UML) • Good understanding of IT fundamentals: development, databases, testing, maintenance • Excellent communication, synthesis, and writing skills in French • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Hermès or Scrum) Your additional assets • Experience as a Product Owner or in requirements prioritization • Practice of quality assurance and automated testing • Knowledge of ITIL best practices (support and application maintenance) • Experience in the public sector What our client offers: A stable and pleasant working environment, varied projects rich in human contact, as well as the attractive engagement conditions and social benefits of a large public law institution.
