Bern, Schweiz (and home office) | 80-100% Your contribution <br /> • Conduct of complex international and intercantonal, sometimes media-exposed criminal proceedings in the field of cybercrime in German • Ordering of evidence collection, in particular coercive measures and submission of active requests for mutual legal assistance • Preparation of orders resolving proceedings as well as indictments, complaints and statements in appeal proceedings • Representation of the prosecution at all instances • Technical leadership and coaching of the interdisciplinary proceedings team <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • University degree in law as well as sound knowledge of criminal and criminal procedural law; attorney admission or additional qualifications such as a dissertation, LL.M. or in-depth CAS is an advantage • Several years of professional experience in a comparable position at a public prosecutor's office or a court • Result-oriented, structured way of working combined with strong analytical skills • Resilient and assertive personality with diplomatic skill and strong team spirit • Confident appearance, good communication skills and leadership qualities • Good active knowledge of at least one second official language and in English, passive knowledge of a third official language is advantageous <br /> In a nutshell Mastering challenging situations in close cooperation with national and international partners: Make your contribution to preserving the cyber security of Switzerland.
