Bern, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% Your contribution • Constitute the competence center for approximately 2,000 Windows systems, coordinate the operational activities of the entire Office, and serve as the interlocutor for the escalation procedure of complex failures • Develop automated workflows for server implementation and configuration management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC), in order to systematically eliminate manual interventions • Design and implement high-availability Windows server infrastructures as well as develop technologically advanced management systems • Assume the role of contact person for the security of the Windows environment, implementing system <<hardening>> measures according to CIS benchmarks and ensuring compliance throughout the entire environment • Integrate programmable interfaces (API) to standardize value creation processes and increase operational efficiency <br /> What distinguishes you • Basic vocational training as an IT specialist CFC; professional advancement at the level of a federal professional certificate or higher technical college (SSS) constitutes a preferential qualification • Several years of experience in the Windows on-premise environment and in the management of large-scale server platforms; solid knowledge in automation using PowerShell and coordination with Ansible • Mastery in security matters, in particular in the <<hardening>> of systems and compliance with CIS benchmarks • Familiarity with agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) • Strong coordination skills and excellent communication abilities • Good knowledge of a second official language and knowledge of English for communicating in a technical context <br /> In summary With us, you will be able to assume responsibility for the central interface for a highly complex Windows server environment and, thanks to intelligent automations and cutting-edge engineering solutions, improve the operational level in a sustainable way.
