Employee Payroll & Personnel Administration 50-60% (a)

Your tasks

• Independent and timely execution of the entire payroll processing from A-Z including year-end closing work and preparation of salary certificates
• Handling of personnel administration for joiners and leavers of employees
• Support of time management as well as recording of time reports and management of absences
• Processing of accident and illness notifications as well as support of the social insurance system including BVG
• Control, booking and payment of expense reports
• Management of the cash desk in various currencies as well as settlement of internal catering and vending machine offers
• Support of employees and managers in administrative personnel matters

Your profile

• Completed commercial basic training with further training in human resources (HR Assistant or HR specialist certificate an advantage)
• Several years of professional experience in payroll and personnel administration
• Very good knowledge of ABACUS is required
• Good knowledge in the area of social insurance and labor law
• Confident handling of common MS Office applications
• Independent, reliable and exact way of working
• Trustworthy, communicative and service-oriented personality
• Enjoyment of direct contact with employees and managers
