Klinik Im Hasel AG is a psychiatric-psychotherapeutic specialist clinic with a cantonal mandate for the treatment of addiction and trauma-related disorders. As a health insurance-recognized institution and part of the cantonal hospital list, we offer high-quality, evidence-based, and human-centered treatment for our patients. With around 170 committed employees at three locations -- our inpatient clinic in Gontenschwil, the outpatient clinic and day clinic in Lenzburg, and the trauma-specific outpatient clinic in Baden -- we combine professional competence with appreciative and interdisciplinary cooperation. Your tasks * Independent management of accounts payable and accounts receivable, including payment transactions and dunning management * Recording of bank and cash transactions as well as reconciliation of bank accounts * Participation in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings * Participation in controlling as well as active support in the creation of cost accounting * Close cooperation with patient administration, performance management, and other areas on financial issues, including support with patient billing as well as independent processing of general administrative activities Your profile * Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification; further training in the field of accounting is an advantage, but not a requirement * Initial professional experience in accounting, interest in further development in this area -- apprentices and re-entrants are also expressly welcome * You work reliably and independently, think ahead, and recognize connections * Good IT user knowledge, experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is an advantage * A basic attitude characterized by appreciation and respect -- towards colleagues as well as patients Our offer * Independent and responsible activities * Committed and cheerful team * Further training opportunities and employee benefits * Well-developed occupational health management * Centrally located workplace directly at Lenzburg station Further info on the advantages of Klinik Im Hasel AG as an employer can be found [here](< >).
