Project Manager Facades (m/f/d) 100%

For our client, an established company in the field of facade construction in the Zürcher Unterland, we are looking for an experienced and proactive personality as a Project Manager Facades (m/f/d), effective immediately or by arrangement. Tasks In this responsible function, you will take over the independent management of facade projects throughout the entire project cycle. This includes the active acquisition of new orders as well as the preparation of offers and execution documents. You are responsible for the ongoing cost and schedule control up to the final invoice and prepare measurements, plans, and construction programs as part of the work preparation. You act as a competent contact person towards clients and architects and lead your team both technically and personally. Requirements You have a sound education in the field of facade or building envelope construction and bring several years of professional experience in a comparable project management function. You are used to managing projects independently and possess a confident manner when dealing with planners and clients. Strong organizational skills, a structured way of working, and enjoyment in team leadership round off your profile.
