We look forward to you strengthening us immediately or by arrangement as: Head of Quality Management (m/f/d) Your daily contribution Overall responsibility for quality management (ISO 9001) Promotion of the quality culture including cross-departmental cooperation Technical and personnel leadership as well as further development of the QM team Maintenance and further development of the process landscape and its documentation Ensuring product and process quality along the entire value stream Responsibility for complaint management Planning and conducting audits as well as organization of management reviews Initiation and control of CIP measures including application of QM methods (FMEA, Lean, Six Sigma, PSDM) Responsibility for quality key figures and reporting Support in quality-relevant projects and development processes Your backpack Technical basic training (Uni, FH) with further training in quality management Several years of experience in quality management in an industrial production environment with high-quality, complex products Experience in the manufacturing of semiconductors, high-quality sensors, or comparable technically demanding products is a great advantage Sound knowledge of DIN EN ISO 9001 as well as experience as an internal auditor Experience in the introduction and further development of QM systems Business fluent German and English skills in spoken and written form Confident handling of MS Office Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented way of working as well as strong communication skills We offer Responsible and varied key position in a dynamic and international environment Appreciative corporate culture with short decision-making paths Attractive employment conditions as well as good social benefits Own staff restaurant and other benefits Become part of our team and take quality to the next level!
