Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann HF/FH/DNII 70-100%   Your tasks • Personnel and professional leadership of the nursing team for 14 guests • Responsible for the organization of ward processes, implementation of work processes, and duty scheduling with Polypoint PEP • Taking on tasks as daily responsibility • Planning and leading team meetings as well as participation in interdisciplinary reports • Holistic care and nursing of the guests in the sense of our nursing mission statement and the nursing process • Taking on tasks as a topic carrier for a specialist subject and thus participating in the group-wide network for nursing quality • Co-responsibility in the recruitment of new employees   Your profile • Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann FH/HF/DNII or an equivalent training recognized by the SRK • Professional and leadership experience in long-term care is an advantage • Professional experience in dealing with people with dementia is desired or interest in further training in this area • A warm and humorous basic attitude • Enjoyment of diverse challenges • Good German language skills in speaking and writing, French language skills are an advantage   Why Tertianum?
