• Specialist title General Internal Medicine (FMH or equivalent recognition)
• Experience in outpatient or inpatient medicine, ideally with leadership responsibility
• Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in business processes in healthcare
• Communication strength and enjoyment of working with interdisciplinary teams
• Organizational skills, initiative and decision-making ability
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, other language skills an advantage
