Your tasks

• Professional and personnel management of a team of 8 to 10 employees
• Planning, organization and continuous development of a residential group
• Support of five users according to the principle of the good life and promotion of participation
• Participation in the management team of Résidence Windspiel and active contribution to continuous development

Your profile

• Degree in social work or curative pedagogy (B.A. / Diploma)
• Pronounced communication and organizational skills
• Experience in working with adults presenting cognitive or multiple impairments
• Team spirit, resource-oriented approach to work and resilience
• Management experience as well as a completed team leader course or willingness to train in this direction
• Availability to work in day shifts as well as a flexible workload
