As part of a recruitment for the Banking IT Project Manager / Project Manager (M/F) As part of a recruitment for one of our clients, a private bank based in Genève, we are looking for an IT Project Manager with solid experience in the banking, financial, or trading sector, with a real appetite for the management and supervision of a human-sized team of consultants. The position combines the steering of banking IT projects, coordination of multiple stakeholders, and operational management of a small team of consultants. ?? The position is based in Genève, with occasional professional travel abroad as part of international projects. Availability and real mobility for these trips are therefore indispensable. Banking IT Project Manager / Project Manager (M/F) Your missions • Steering several banking and financial IT projects in parallel, from scoping to production; • Taking charge of onboarding, integration, evolution, and deployment projects for banking solutions; • Managing, supporting, and coordinating a small, human-sized team of consultants; • Ensuring the operational follow-up of the team, facilitating collaboration, and ensuring the proper completion of projects; • Coordinating various stakeholders: business teams, IT, consulting, development, infrastructure, support, product, and management; • Implementing and ensuring effective project governance: steering committees, follow-up meetings, reporting, and decision tracking; • Steering schedules, budgets, resources, risks, deliverables, and action plans; • Anticipating risks and quickly identifying potential blockages; • Accompanying projects and clients through to the production and stabilization phases; • Intervening in an international context requiring occasional travel abroad. Profile sought • 5 to 10 years maximum of experience in IT project management and steering; • Significant experience in the banking, financial, private banking, fintech, or trading sector; • Knowledge of environments related to financial markets, securities, investments, or trading activities is a real asset; • First successful experience in the management or coordination of a small team of consultants; • Demonstrated ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously; • Experience in the deployment or integration of IT and banking solutions; • Excellent leadership, organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills; • Ability to evolve in a demanding and international environment; • ????
