For an established technology company in Herisau, we are looking for a technically savvy and precise personality for demanding measurement, testing, and quality assurance tasks in a modern industrial environment.

Quality Inspector Metrology (m/f/d) ###

Your tasks ###

• Carrying out measurements and tests according to the test plan
• Documentation of test results and decisions in Babtec
• Decision on acceptance or rejection of test batches
• Final inspection of manufactured items on Keyence LM-X100 and IM-X1000 as well as support with further measurement and testing processes
• Recording of test plans and entering measurement data into Babtec
• Processing error messages in BABTEC as well as developing corrective measures based on PDCA
• Support with the 4-eyes principle
• Support with KVP, SFM, IdM and UMS specifications
• Ensuring cleanliness and order according to 5S

Your profile ###

• Basic technical or mechanical training, preferably as a machine, poly, or precision mechanic
• Further training in the field of quality assurance is an advantage
• Experience in QA and testing processes
• Knowledge of Babtec and SAP is an advantage
• Good PC and ERP knowledge, especially SAP and Office
• Understanding of industrial production processes and workflows
• Exact and clean working according to specifications
• High level of personal responsibility and reliability
• Communication skills and resilience
