Senior System Engineer with Focus on Workplace 80-100%

Your Area of Responsibility • Conception, implementation, and operation of modern workplace and Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) solutions with a focus on Microsoft technologies (Intune, SCCM, Workspace ONE, Windows 365, Azure) for our over 10,000 endpoints • Automation and optimization of deployment, administration, and security processes including endpoint management, software distribution, and compliance • Collaboration in agile SAFe ART teams, technical planning, as well as support and consulting (2nd/3rd level) for internal ICT teams and departments • Specification of system architectures and system software, analysis of new solutions, and creation of conceptual and operational documentation, conducting training, and active knowledge transfer within the IT department Your Experience • Solid education in computer science (EFZ) or equivalent qualification. Ideally, in possession of certifications in the field of system engineering and agile working methods (e.g., Microsoft, ITIL V4, SAFe). A completed higher education in computer science (HF/FH) is an advantage • Several years of practical professional experience as a system/workplace engineer with a focus on endpoint management and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Intune, SCCM, Autopilot, Windows Update for Business) • Advanced skills in identity management (Azure AD / Entra ID, Active Directory) as well as in scripting (PowerShell, JSON, YAML, MSSQL) and API integration • Analytical and networked thinking, initiative, and team skills.
