Job description ## What you will do with us • You conduct individual and group therapies for patients in geriatric and internal medicine rehabilitation. • You support patients in the rehabilitation process and assist in the co-organization of discharge planning. • You work closely and interdisciplinary with other specialist departments, occupational therapy, social counseling, nutrition therapy, as well as physicians and nursing staff. • You are also responsible for assessment and progress documentation as well as writing reports. • Active participation in interdisciplinary reports and continuing education is part of your daily work.
