Project Manager Ceiling Construction and Interior Fit-out (m/f/d)

Introduction

For our client, a company in the field of ceiling construction and interior fit-out, we are looking for an experienced personality as Project Manager Ceiling Construction and Interior Fit-out (m/f/d). You will accompany customer projects from preparation to billing and ensure a well-organized process. In doing so, you combine technical understanding, economic thinking, and clear communication.

Tasks

• Independent management of ceiling construction projects from order placement to completion
• Leadership of the project team as well as coordination of personnel, material, and deadlines
• Monitoring of costs, quality, safety, and construction progress
• Creation of deployment plans, project billings, and monthly evaluations
• Support of existing customers as well as identification of additional order opportunities

Profile

• Technical basic training, for example as a joiner, tinsmith, or in a related profession
• Several years of experience in project management, construction coordination, or execution
• Further training in project management or in the commercial field is an advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Office as well as experience with calculation or ERP systems is an advantage
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Structured, resilient, and responsible way of working
• Confident appearance, negotiation skills, and strong customer orientation
