Accountant (M/F) 80% - Fixed-term contract

The Finance and IT Department provides its expertise in the financial management of the company, purchasing and assets as well as IT services. You appreciate responsibilities and want to manage the accounting of small companies autonomously? In order to complete our team, we are looking for a fixed-term mission until 30 July 2027 for our future: Mission: • Autonomously ensure the maintenance of accounts and periodic closings in collaboration with your direct supervisor. Prepare periodic reporting and participate in the preparation of financial statements. • Analyze the balances of balance sheet accounts and their sub-accounts, document and justify the balances. • Prepare and record accounting documents, control / finalize their allocation to guarantee an accurate situation of general accounts, expenses, investments and VAT. • Verify the application of LTVA and proceed with the related controls in order to establish the VAT return. • Ensure the routine tax tasks of the company (tax return, calculation of provisions). • Actively participate in various management accounting tasks, notably the preparation of monthly reporting and the budget in collaboration with controlling. Profile: • CFC in commercial employee or other training deemed equivalent • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally in an industrial environment. • Perfect mastery of Swiss accounting rules, supplemented by knowledge of the Swiss GAAP RPC framework.
