Bern \| 80-100% The contribution you can make <br /> • Provide support for action planning, situation monitoring and action review of operations, deployments and support services of the army and independently handle partial areas • Create, consolidate and further develop the products of the Army's Conduct Service within the framework of the staff management process; ensure the functioning and updating of command and information systems • Initiate, coordinate and take care of the organization of the staff for the respective Joint Operational Planning Group • Develop the contributions of the Army's Conduct Service for situation reports, briefings, orders and decision-making bases and coordinate them with internal and external partners • Follow projects related to the further development of command tools, processes and systems; represent the interests of the Army's Conduct Service within working groups <br /> What distinguishes you <br /> • University degree or university of applied sciences (bachelor) or higher technical / business management training with several years of professional experience • Experience in military staff work as well as a staff officer; rank of major or higher • Knowledge in the field of project management and experience in collaborating on or leading projects • Strong analytical, conceptual and organizational skills, as well as excellent writing skills • Good computer skills, in particular MS-Office and military information and command systems; good knowledge of a second official language and knowledge of English at level B2 <br /> In brief Do you want to help shape the operations, deployments and support services of the Army at the operational level?
