Working Student Commercial Assistant (50-60%, all genders)

Your tasks: You

• Support all departments professionally in the administrative and organizational area
• Create simple leasing calculations, organize and prepare customer and prospect meetings, send visit reports, and prepare framework agreements
• Are responsible for creating and uploading e-files and other customer-specific documents
• Prepare and send e-circulars to customers and drivers as well as vehicle-specific documents
• Check protocols in German and English
• Create and optimize internal processes for the Commercial Assistant area
• Create internal and external reportings and revise documents
• Carry out various mutations in the company's own system
• Are responsible for the Arval Info-Inbox and maintain the intranet
• Support various projects

Your profile: You

• have training or experience in the commercial field
• are enrolled at a university until at least 2028
• advantageously already bring 2 - 5 years of professional experience
• are business fluent in German and English, any further language is an advantage
• like to plan and organize, can set priorities, and one can rely on you 100%
• are used to working independently, flexibly, and accurately
• approach life positively, are motivated, and enjoy teamwork
