Hospitality Service Employee

The Directorate of Real Estate and Operations shapes the hospital infrastructure of the future and is responsible for operational services surrounding the hospital. The hospitality department ensures the gastronomic well-being of patients, employees, and visitors.
The employees of the patient hospitality department are the central contact persons 7 days a week for all non-medical needs of the patients, with a focus on food & drink. Be the host on the nursing ward!

What awaits you

• Individual advice to patients in menu and beverage selection
• Ordering meals using the electronic menu selection system Logimen
• Serving meals and beverages
• Close cooperation with the nursing & cleaning interfaces
• Compliance with quality and hygiene standards
• Early shift 07:00 to 15:15 and late shift 11:30 to 20:00, two weekends off per month

What you bring with you

• Training in the field of hospitality / gastronomy or professional experience in a similar function
• Very good oral German skills, any further language is an advantage
• Good PC skills
• Hosting mentality
• Overview in hectic situations
