The JMS-Gruppe is an independent 4th generation family business. We are a regionally known company in the field of building materials and have a strong market position in German-speaking Switzerland in the field of civil engineering and special deep foundation engineering. Immediately or by arrangement, our HR team is looking for you as a motivated, trustworthy reinforcement for the personnel administration of around 350 employees. HR Specialist 100% (a) Your tasks • Processing of all HR processes from entry to exit (depending on function incl. recruiting) • Payroll incl. annual closing work – Advising employees and managers on administrative HR matters • Participation in HR projects, non-life insurance (optional) • Training and supervision of apprentices Kaufmann/-frau Your profile • Commercial basic training • Sufficient professional experience in human resources • Further training Diploma Sachbearbeiter/in Personalwesen or HR-Fachmann/-frau with eidg.
