As a member of the QC Labor Support Team, you will perform diverse tasks to ensure a smooth lifecycle of laboratory equipment in compliance with applicable quality and safety guidelines. In addition to all the routine tasks on the devices, you will also perform spontaneously occurring tasks. In your role, you are in regular exchange with various interfaces, including laboratories, logistics, and quality assurance. Your tasks: Ensuring the entire GMP lifecycle of devices from ordering, qualification, maintenance, repair, requalification to the decommissioning of the devices. Organization / supervision of external and internal service technicians. Processing of all necessary documents relevant to the devices. Assistance in processing deviations / Troubleshooting. Processing spontaneous requests from the laboratory. Your requirement profile: You have completed training, preferably in a laboratory environment. You are independent, responsible, and possess good communication and teamwork skills as well as enjoyment in interdisciplinary cooperation. You are ready to integrate into a team, are committed, motivated, and possess good initiative. Work experience in a GMP environment is preferred IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.) are required, laboratory software such as LIMS is an advantage.
