Case Manager (50-70%): As a Case Manager, you accompany surgical patients before, during, and after their hospital stay From the anamnesis to the follow-up call, you provide advisory support to the patient You coordinate the cooperation between different service providers You organize appropriate follow-up solutions depending on the need Dipl.
