Your tasks

You enjoy making phone calls, keep an overview even when several things are running at the same time, and enjoy contact with people? Then you are exactly right with us.

As an important hub in our telephone switchboard and in sales support, you are often the first contact for our customers. You take incoming calls, answer questions, coordinate appointments, and ensure that concerns quickly land with the right person.

Behind the scenes, you hold the threads together: You maintain customer and address data, support order entry, and lend a hand where our sales support team needs you. And because we are making our sales and customer processes more digital step by step, your ideas are also in demand – you can actively help shape new processes and contribute creatively. During holiday absences, you flexibly support the team with a temporarily higher workload.

Your profile

You enjoy communicating, work reliably, and keep an overview even in lively situations. Experience in customer service, at a reception desk, or in a call center is an advantage – as is a basic commercial education. You bring joy to the green industry, are confident in using MS Office, and have proficient German and Swiss German. Other national languages are a plus. A flexible, team-oriented way of working completes your profile.
