Your mission
Organize, direct and monitor your construction sites
Act as the link between the client and the construction project while respecting technical and financial objectives as well as QSE quality standards and deadlines
Plan and organize construction sites in order to allocate the right human and material resources
Monitor and control the execution of the works in order to guarantee irreproachable quality as well as compliance with the budget
Manage team leaders and foremen on the ground and ensure liaison between the construction sites, the branch management and other bodies
Your skills
You hold a recognized diploma as a Site Manager, HES/EPF Engineer or an equivalent training
You benefit from a minimum of 10 years of experience as a site manager
You are recognized for your transverse and inspiring leadership, your ability to adapt, your assertiveness and your interpersonal skills
You enjoy challenges and investing in quality work
