Your main tasks

• Professional, individual, and relationship-oriented care and nursing of our residents
• As the primary contact person, responsible for ensuring the nursing process involving the social environment
• Contact person for relatives regarding information, advice, and support
• Active participation in the implementation of our concept for protected dementia wards
• Professional execution of prescribed medical-diagnostic and therapeutic measures
• Assumption of daily and shift responsibility

What you bring with you

• High motivation to strive for our vision together
• Proven professional experience in the field of dementia
• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF or foreign diploma with SRK recognition
• Interest in further and continuing education (e.g., CAS in Lebensweltorientierter Demenzpflege)
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Good digital skills for electronic administration with BESA (future interRAI), easyDOK and the common Office programs
